As part of the Rosebird Centre in Stratford Upon Avon, Hinton Group has delivered their latest Little Pioneers Day Nursery and Pre School. The nursery sits alongside a Waitrose Food store and Costa Coffee Drive-Thru.
The redevelopment of the vacant plot within the Rosebird Centre was completed in June 2025. The new build children's nursery was constructed and included external works, main services and drainage. The development included 3 EV parking spaces, 1 being disabled parking and a further 8 spaces, 1 being disabled parking. Soft landscaping was included within the construction surrounding the building and car park.
