We’re always keen to acquire new sites to expand our development pipeline and are happy to pay 2% introduction fees for non-retained agents. Sites of particular interest are:

  • UK Wide
  • A minimum 0.5 acres to 15+ acres
  • Prominently located within or adjacent to new, large scale housing developments, on busy main roads or town / city centres
  • Suitable for drive thru, foodstore, hotel, care or employment uses
